3- Training Center Manager

Job Purpose:
- Training Center Manager is responsible for managing all aspect of the Academy includes Training curriculum, certifications, Training needs analysis, and organizing & hosting internal and external events. He/she will be responsive to develop, execute and control CTC academy annual budgets.
Minimum Requirements:
- BSc degree in Agricultural Engineering, business administration, or equivalent.
- 5-7 years in Agricultural machinery, agronomy, Training Operational Oversight, and Delivery through demonstrated previous experience
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Curriculum development, Training Operational Oversight, and Training Delivery with some knowledge in all three areas through demonstrated previous experience.
- Excellent English language skills
- Proficiency in MS office
4- Automotive Service Manager

Job Purpose:
- Lead and direct all workshop services’ activities to ensure that all vehicles are maintained in best possible condition, service center availability is maximized and workshop jobs are completed to high standard stated at CTC Group to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. To overview all service operations, optimize processes, control expenses, and retain talents in order to maximize returns on investment and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements:
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering or any other relevant field.
- 8-10 Years of experience in the field of Automotive service (passenger and trucks), with at least 5 years being a supervisory/management level
Skills and Competencies:
- Knowledge of warranty and dealer service wholesale and retail experience, including operations policy and procedures is required.
- Successful track record with dealership service experience.
- Proven leadership ability to mentor and train team members
- Proficient time management and organizational skills
- Excellent English language skills
- Proficiency in MS office
